Our tasting menus are a reflection of our experiences and philosophies about food and cooking. Our cuisine transcends borders, and we draw inspiration from everywhere–different cultures, life experiences, memories both beautiful and painful, hobbies and interests, art in all forms, and of course, people.
We translate these inspirations into themes which form the basis of our tasting menus, using food as the medium for our story-telling. The current theme is an exploration of Rice.
Our a la carte menu retains our eclectic, unrestricted way of cooking, presented as a more casual dining experience.
