More than just a staple in the Filipino household, rice is also a deeply rooted symbol of culture, memory, and identity. Across the archipelago, every region has its own way of preparing and honoring rice. And even beyond our shores, rice tells stories in countless other forms.

This tasting menu is inspired not only by the rich traditions of the Philippines, but also by the global presence of rice and the ways in which different cultures transform it, celebrate it, and make it an expression of their own identities. 

For Chefs Alex and Mikee, this is both a personal and creative exploration of rice’s versatility, and a tribute to its place on tables around the world.
